FOUR BASIC SCHOOLS IN ACCRA RECEIVE ASSORTED BOOKS

Four Basic schools in Ga Mashie, Accra have been presented with assorted library books to promote reading.
The books were donated to the schools by Mr. and Mrs. Ernest & Mary Stephens who are based in Chicago, Illinois in the United States of America (USA).

The books were presented to the schools on 8th December, 2021.
Mr Gabriel Nii Teiko Tagoe, (Chief Development Planning Officer, GAMADA) of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) who received the books on behalf of the schools expressed the AMA’s gratitude to the couple for the gesture.

The schools in turn pledged to put the books to good use. The four schools are Bishop Girls School, Accra Royal School, Jamestown Methodist School and Accra Sempe School.
