Accra World Book Capital (AWBC), 2023 Event Proposal Submission Form Welcome to the Accra World Book Capital (AWBC), 2023 event proposal submission form. AWBC, 2023 is a year long programme under the theme; 'Reading to connect minds for social transformation'. From April 2023 to April 2024, Accra will host the UNESCO World Book Capital, to celebrate books and reading.
